Mongolian Spy Agency (not by any means "Intelligence" Agency - possibly "lack of...")

I mean seriously since when is the Mongolian word "Tagnyyl" translated into English Language as "Intelligence" - I have proven my point, its a "Lack of Intelligence Agency".)This is were Mongolians go to get their game experience - not for international gathering of intelligence to tackle serious international issues like the fight on global terrorism or Al Qaida or anything that is relevant to the International Community. This agency reflects a "Lack of Intelligence" that is setup to spy on its own nationals (old KGB mentality) as well as to oppress good-standing foreigners like myself that are trying to do good works in Mongolia to bring benefit to the country. The Agency is a joke and their game in Mongolia are childish and unlawful - by either spying on us foreigners (and/or endorsing spying by not stopping unlawful entities that are illegally violating privacy laws) to gain information about our private lives into order to seek illegal "intellectual gain" (from those that have real intelligence) or violate our privacy in order to oppress us because of their nationalistic view on Foreigners living in country. They need to start re-inventing their organization... stop looking into our bedrooms or counting how many smokes we have in a day... my personal note to the Agency & the Interest Groups - "get real job freaks!"If the Government says "we don't know what's going on" - then they are further proving the "Lack of any Intelligence" or just lying to our faces; conclusion, "unintelligent liars".
