tutorial: if you like PLANKING, you"ll luv to "SALMON"

A few years ago my brother and I were watching some guy fly through the air (off his bike). we laughed and said he looked like he was a "salmon" jumping out of the water. We then made that a verb, "to salmon". Definition" to jump or lay with a rigid but curved body, mouth and eyes opened. I never thought we'd share this inside joke with anyone but with all the fuss about "planking" I thought I'd get my friend's son to demo it for you.. not only is it fun, but its a great ab workout,, enjoy!!!shout out to Lukas, my steadfast student.
